Our client, a facility management company operating throughout Bavaria, is looking for a Facility Cleaning Manager (m/f/d) to support its renowned specialist company with around 2,500 employees as soon as possible.

Your tasks
– Property management and the associated organization and coordination of all work
– Ensure flawless service delivery in client projects.
– Management of the object team as well as planning of personnel deployment
– Responsibility for compliance with the legal requirements, standards and guidelines relevant to the area of responsibility
– Customer service on site and by phone

Your qualifications
– Relevant experience in the service industry
– Experience in effective leadership of employees
– Distinct service and customer orientation
– MS-Office skills
– Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
